- You can now book tickets for a visit to the museum.
- These tickets are for visits after the festive opening weekend.

Opening weekend ticket sales
- On 12 and 13 December, the museum will open its doors for the first time, for a festive opening weekend. You can visit the museum and enjoy a special programme.
- Tickets for the opening weekend will go on sale on Tuesday, 17 November.

For now, tickets can only be purchased online. After the opening, you will also be able to buy tickets at the reception desk.

Just two months to go until we open! Opening hours
We will be welcoming our first visitors at the opening weekend on 12 and 13 December. From Wednesday 16 December onwards, the museum will be open at its normal opening hours.
The museum is still being built, so it isn’t accessible to the public yet.
Opening hours
- Open from Wednesday to Sunday, 10.00 to 17.00
- On the first Thursday of every month, the museum is open until 10 pm. In May, this will exceptionally be on Thursday, 13 May.
- Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
Exceptional closing times
- We will also be closed on 25 December and 1 January.
- On 24 and 31 December, we will close at 16:00.
Frequently asked questions
When can I buy a ticket?
Next week, you’ll be able to buy tickets for a visit to the permanent exhibition — just a little later than originally planned. These are not tickets for the opening weekend. Tickets for the opening weekend will only be available from Tuesday, 17 November.
When do ticket sales for the opening weekend start?
On Tuesday, 17 November, we will start selling tickets for the opening weekend. Be sure to mark this date in your calendar!
Can I already buy a ticket at reception?
No, not yet. At the moment, tickets are only available online. From 12 December onwards, you can also buy tickets at our reception.
Do I need to reserve in advance?
We expect a lot of visitors during the opening period. Booking online is strongly recommended to ensure access at your preferred time.
What is a time slot?
Your time slot indicates the time when your visit begins. Come to the museum within one hour of when your chosen time slot starts. Then you can stay for as long as you like, until closing time.
If I am eligible for a discount, do I need to show proof?
Yes. If you are buying a discount ticket or entitled to free admission, bring a valid discount, membership or staff card with you. We might ask to see it during your visit.
Can I cancel or exchange my ticket?
No, tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
